World Cup 2026 · tickets, hospitality and the right to sell access

One tournament, several markets

This graph follows the commercial actors around the 2026 World Cup: FIFA’s primary ticketing, its resale/exchange marketplace, and On Location’s official hospitality programme. Gianni Infantino connects through his institutional role as FIFA president. The map is about who controls and sells access, rather than a playing-squad roster. The hospitality ownership chain

FIFA says On Location received the exclusive hospitality appointment after a competitive request for proposals. In February 2025, TKO completed the acquisition of On Location, IMG and Professional Bull Riders from Endeavor. UFC and WWE provide the wider corporate context. MATCH Hospitality appears as a historical predecessor, not as evidence that it bid for WC26. Completed TKO transaction ↗

Resale and oversight

FIFA’s ticketing terms identify a 15% resale/exchange fee. A May 2026 letter from Representatives Nellie Pou and Frank Pallone questioned ticket pricing and described fees charged to both sellers and buyers. Its edge is an oversight inquiry, not a court or regulator finding. Asking prices and budget forecasts are not realised revenue. Official resale terms ↗ · Congressional letter ↗

What remains unknown

The imported research does not establish the full bidder list, scoring, hospitality inventory allocation, minimum guarantee or revenue split. It also does not establish that Infantino personally selected On Location or received a personal financial benefit. Those questions form the next procurement research tasks. The historical rights networks elsewhere on the home graph supply context, not proof of a repeated criminal scheme.
